Delivery & Returns
We send all orders via DPD (48 Hour) Signed For - in the last 12 months 90% of our orders were delivered within 1-2 working days, however please allow up to 5 working days for any unforeseen delays encountered by DPD.

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday - Friday) are despatched the same day (we will inform you of any delays regarding stock).

Shortages and/or damages must be reported to us within 10 days of delivery.

Please note: We will adhere where we can to specific instructions but if the customer requests us not to take a signature on delivery, it has to be at your own risk.

In very rare circumstances we may have to contact you regarding the quoted price for international deliveries as these prices fluctuate daily.

Normal delivery costs:

Mainland UK & Northern Ireland: £3.95 or FREE ON ORDERS OVER £85

Republic of Ireland: £3.95 or FREE ON ORDERS OVER £85

Channel Islands & Isle of Man: £14.95

Monaco, Belgium, Luxemboug, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany: £19.95
Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Gibraltar: £34.95
Rest of World: £44.95

What is your Returns Policy?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. As for damaged or faulty goods received we accept all returns up to 30 days after purchase.

When returning goods could you enclose your name and or order number within or on the package. A good way to help us deal with your return is to enclose the original order invoice with a note of which products you are returning and reason for return.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
We can also arrange for our courier company to collect the parcel from your home. You will need to be at home to hand over the parcel. There is a charge for this service of £25.

What if the item is faulty?

We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. We will reimburse You for standard return postage on the item. If it is more convenient for you, we can arrange to have the faulty item collected from you within the UK mainland, however with this there is still a charge of £25, which will not be refunded upon return o the item.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'proof of posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge. The most economical way to return items is through the Post Office via their Standard Parcel or Second service with the free 'proof of posting.'

How long will it take to deal with my return?

Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to 10 working days to fulfil your request. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received so returns sent by Recorded Delivery may reach us more quickly but do not progress more quickly through the process.
When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email, assuming you have given us your email address. Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
